Alex Bruhanski is the founder and director of the Bruhanski Acting Studio. The Studio, established in 1980, is one of the oldest and most respected independent training facilities for actors in Western Canada. Over seven thousand students have studied with Alex, among them some of the most successful actors in Canada as well as many teachers, counselors, doctors, lawyers, directors and film professionals, as well as many seeking personal development and communication skills.

As an actor, Alex has been a regular in several television series and has appeared in scores of films and television shows in lead and principal roles. He brings his vast film and television experience to his students with classes specifically geared to acting for the camera, as well as teaching basic and advanced acting skills. The Studio is also a creative homebase for working professional actors and has provided a forum for the development of new works in theatre and independent film.
